Sunday School in October
Join us for Sunday School at 9:15 a.m. every Sunday in October. There will be kids classes for ages 2-12, nursery for kids under 2, and two adult classes. Look for an email coming soon with additional details.
Potluck Fellowship
Our next potluck fellowship will be held on Sunday, September 14th, following the worship service in the gym for Bailey, Chapman, Madison and OXR parishes. To ensure there is plenty of food, please fill out the food sign-up form that is sent out via email.
Fall Dance
When: Friday, October 17th, 6-9pm
Where: Event Center at Roto Rooter, 1435B Paramount Dr, Huntsville, AL 35806
Who: All ages are welcome!
Attire: Dressy church. Guys - if you are a jeans at church kinda guy, kick it up a notch. Ladies - skirts and dresses; dressy pants are fine.
Suggested Donation: $5/person or $25/family (to help cover cost of venue, caller, etc.)
Please help us cleanup!
We need all hands on deck to help clean up after the dance - taking out the trash, cleaning floors and tables, and essentially leaving the building as we found it. Thanks for your help!
Young Adult Bible Study
Join the Gibsons for a Young Adult Bible Study on Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. with dinner followed by study. The address is 12021 Runningmeade Trail, Huntsville.
Church Wide Picnic
Please mark your calendars for the Church Wide Picnic after the service on Sunday, October 12 at 1pm at Sharon Johnston Park. More details to follow via email soon
Trail Life and American Heritage Girls
Outdoor character and leadership programs for boys and girls ages 5-17 meet at Southwood Presbyterian Church on Mondays from 6:30-8p.m. starting August 11. For more information, contact Jeremy Brown at 256-529-9073.
TRC Five Year Anniversary
Please join us for the TRC Five Year Anniversary Celebration that will take place on Saturday, August 30 at Madison Cross Roads Community Center. August 2, 2025 marks five years since the founding of TRC, and we want to celebrate and give thanks for the Lord's abundant blessings and mercy to us. The celebration will include friendly sports competitions, good food, and uplifting fellowship culminating in a church dance. We will send out more details soon as we work through the finer details of the event.

Sing hymns, drink beer and fellowship with your Christian brothers on Thursday, August 21st, 7pm at The Brewers Cooperative, 3414 Governors Dr SW, Huntsville. Rules: Buy someone else a beer! Bring $3-$5 to tip our bartender. Sing loudly!
